Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping 
• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
• Delivery is available to all cities in Palestine (West Bank, Jerusalem, and 1948 Areas).
• Estimated delivery time: 24 - 48 Hours, depending on the location and subject to the road conditions.

 

Shipping Fees
• Free shipping on orders above 1,000 ILS, except 1948 Areas.
• A flat shipping fee of [West Bank: 20 ILS, Jerusalem: 30 ILS, 1948 Areas: 70 ILS] applies to orders below that threshold.

 

Important Notes
• A tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.
• If the shipping address is incorrect or the customer is unreachable, reshipping charges will apply.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in a temporary suspension of COD service for the customer.
